Grantmaking
Description
Provides volunteer and grant opportunities to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in its regional areas. California is a service area. Funding areas are hunger and nutrition, youth development, basic needs, social services, and programs for the military and veterans.
Eligibility
An organization must: be aligned with the Foundation’s grantmaking areas, have operated for at least one year, have admin expenses less than 30% of its annual budget, have an annual budget of at least $100,000, have not received Sundt funding in the last year, have an office or presence in the giving area, present a request between $2,500 – $25,000, and demonstrate a clear funding need for a specific program.
