Employee Giving/Payroll Donation and Matching Gifts Programs
Description
Employees can make financial contributions through the Payroll Donation and Matching Gifts Programs. The company will match donations to organizations assisting armed forces and their families, first responders and education organizations.
Eligibility
BAE Systems, Inc. will match charitable contributions made by full-time and part-time BAE Systems employees to organizations with the IRS designation of 501(c)3, with a philanthropic focus area of education, supporting military members & their families, first responders, and selected social impact organizations. Contributions made to the BAE Systems, Inc. Employee Relief Fund will also be matched by the company. BAE Systems, Inc. will occasionally match Disaster Relief donations, the mission of which may fall outside of the above stated categories.
