STEM Grants Initiative
Description
Funds hands-on STEM education for elementary and middle school students in underserved communities, helping them develop skills and mindsets that enhance their academic and social-emotional outcomes, and open doors to success in the 21st century.
Eligibility
Eligible participants encompass public U.S. elementary schools, preschools, middle schools, Head Starts, and nonprofits serving high populations of Title 1 students. Providers offering in-school or afterschool/summer school programs are eligible to apply. Priority is given to schools with a high percentage of underserved and underrepresented students.
